Time for consideration

Refunding

 

Only the price of the bought product will be refunded to you, the expenses of return and of reforwarding are at your

charge (Except error of our share). The turned over articles must be new and returned in their

packing of origin. As explained higher, the articles must be turned over in the 7 days

Clause of reserve of property - Court of competent jurisdiction

 

The goods remain the property of `the Escargot Frais until the integral payment of the corresponding invoices. In the event of litigation on the payment of an invoice, `the Escargot Frais reserves the right
