SNAILS preserves of Gros-Gris

 (Helix aspersa maxima)

 They are the base of the principal receipts to snails. Indeed, these snails are already cooked. It is important to underline the care taken to the preparation of the bottles. The cooked snails still swim in a bubble of carrot, garlic, celery, onion, wine salt and water.

Ingredients: flesh of helix aspersa maxima( Gros-Gris), garlic, celery, carrot, onion, wine, salt and water

Ingredients: flour of soya, emulsifier (lecithin of soya), vegetable fat, salt and spices.
